Our model minimizes risk while delivering top-tier sales talent, ensuring you’re only paying for performance and results. Whether you’re hiring SDRs, Account Executives, or Sales Leaders, we’ll help you build a team that drives revenue.

  

Our Commitment:

  • We aim to present you with three (3) viable sales candidates within 60 days of engagement.
  • To initiate the search, a partially refundable down payment is required
  • If we deliver three qualified candidates within 60 days, the down payment is retained as our service fee.
  • If we do not meet this commitment, we will refund most of the down payment.
  • If you hire any of the presented candidates within 12 months of introduction, a placement fee equal to 10% of the candidate’s first-year base salary will be due upon hiring. The down payment is counted towards 10% payment.
